Retl: This sketch here is a rare example of "The first design was the best design". After my first time drawing Bubbles correctly, for some reason I started adding impulse draconic_breasts. Which took me weeks before I realized I wasn't liking the character as much as I did when I first made her for some reason, and even longer before I realized it was those breasts that was doing it. It's either because the draconic breasts don't belong, or because I just like gender ambiguous characters that makes me like this design much more than the more immediate followups. later, I did do some tweaks to get things closer to how they were meant to be.
